These terms are the agreement between you and Offerlys. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Offerlys.
Offerlys is a platform where businesses in Lebanon publish short ad videos tied to free offers. Customers watch a video, answer checkpoint questions, and unlock an offer they can redeem in person using a QR code.
Offerlys is the platform, not the provider. Every offer is created, described, and honoured by the business that published it. Offerlys does not own, supply, or guarantee any offer, and is not a party to the arrangement between you and a business.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Offerlys. You agree to give accurate information when signing up, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for everything that happens under your account. One person may hold one personal account.
To claim an offer you must watch the full ad video and correctly answer the checkpoint questions. Repeated wrong answers will temporarily lock that offer for you. Some claims require you to share an offer before it unlocks.
Fair-use limits apply, including a maximum number of offers you can hold at one time and a maximum number of claims from the same business per month. These limits are shown in the app and may change.
Each claimed offer has a redemption window. You must visit the business and present your QR code within that window. Once the window passes, the offer expires and cannot be restored. Offers are personal to you: they cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Offers have limited quantities and may run out. A business may pause or withdraw an offer, and Offerlys may remove an offer that breaks these terms. We cannot guarantee that any particular offer will be available when you look for it.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without notice where the breach is serious.
If you publish an offer, you agree to honour it exactly as described for any customer who presents a valid, unexpired code. Descriptions and terms must be accurate and complete. You may not add conditions at the point of redemption that were not stated in the offer.
You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything in your ad video and offer content, including music, footage, logos, and any people who appear in it. Content must not be misleading, offensive, or unlawful. You keep ownership of your content, and grant Offerlys a licence to host and display it in the app for as long as your offer is published.
Checkpoint questions must relate to something genuinely shown or said in your video, and must be answerable by someone who watched it. Questions designed to be unanswerable are not permitted.
Offers may be reviewed before publication. Offerlys may reject, pause, or remove any offer, and may suspend a business account, where content breaks these terms, misleads customers, or generates repeated complaints.
You are responsible for verifying customers and confirming redemptions accurately in the app. Confirming a redemption that did not take place, or refusing a valid one, may result in removal from the platform.
Customers may rate and review a business after using an offer. Reviews reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them, not of Offerlys. We may remove reviews that are abusive, false, or off-topic, but we are not obliged to monitor them.
Offerlys is currently free for customers and for businesses. If we introduce fees, we will give notice before they apply to you.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. When an account ends, any unused claimed offers are lost.
We work to keep Offerlys running well, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Because Offerlys is not the provider of any offer, we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of what a business provides, nor for a business refusing to honour an offer. Disputes about an offer are between you and that business. Tell us at support@offerlys.com and we will look into it, and may remove the business from the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by Lebanese law, Offerlys is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent version, and we will notify you in the app of significant changes. Continuing to use Offerlys after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Lebanese courts.
