Offerlys connects people in Lebanon with free offers from local businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
It applies to the Offerlys mobile app and to offerlys.com. By using Offerlys, you agree to the practices described here.
Offerlys is operated from Lebanon. For anything relating to privacy or your personal data, contact us at support@offerlys.com.
When you create a personal account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number. Your password is encrypted and stored by our authentication provider; we never see it in readable form.
When you create a business account, we additionally collect your business name, contact person, business phone, address, category, an optional website, an optional logo, and the ad videos and offer details you publish.
We collect basic technical data needed to run and secure the service, such as your device type, operating system version, and app version, along with error reports when something goes wrong.
We do not collect your precise location. We do not read your contacts, photos, or messages. When you share an offer, the share happens through your own device's sharing menu — we record only that a share took place, never who you sent it to or what you typed.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
When you claim an offer, the business that published it can see your name and the details of that redemption. This is necessary so they can verify you in person. Businesses cannot see your email address, your phone number, or any activity unrelated to their own offers.
Reviews you write are visible to other users along with your rating. Ratings are combined into an average score shown on a business's offers. Nothing else in your account is public.
We use Supabase for our database, authentication, and file storage. Your data is processed on their infrastructure, which may be located outside Lebanon. We only share what is necessary to operate the service.
We may disclose information if required by law, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Redemption records are kept for a reasonable period after use so businesses and users can resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we deactivate it and stop showing your data in the app; some records may be retained where we are required to keep them or where they are needed to prevent fraud.
You can, at any time:
Passwords are encrypted. Access to data is restricted at the database level so that each account can reach only its own information, and businesses can reach only the redemptions that belong to them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and will inform you if a breach affects your data.
Offerlys is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under that age. If you believe a child under 16 has created an account, contact us at support@offerlys.com and we will remove it.
If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Offerlys after a change means you accept the updated policy.
